Mitchell, Tammy, Eric and Toby were professional, prompt and efficient. I had truly forgotten what it was like to have a good construction experience until Mitchell and his company came along to build our pool. This is the second time Mitchell has built a large structure at our house and once again, he did not disappoint. I wish all companies would take their projects as seriously as Mitchell and his crew do. My husband and I contacted several pool builders to come look at our project. Mitchell was our salesman and he was by far the most personable and had the most knowledge. We were getting quotes for a pool, outdoor kitchen, and home addition. Mitchell let us know that they did home additions as well. We weren’t too sure about having a pool builder do our home addition. After Mitchell told us about his construction background and took us to see a recent home renovation that Backyard Paradise had completed we were more than confident that they could handle the job. Also Backyard Paradise was the only pool builder we met with that could do the pool, outdoor kitchen, and home addition. They are a one stop shop. Mitchell let us know about all the other services they offer and we will be calling Backyard Paradise soon to start more projects. Once we received the bid from Mitchell and accepted it he put us in contact with one of his preferred finance companies who were easy to work with. While our loan was being processed Mitchell completed the ACC application and received approval before our loan was closed. As soon as our loan was funded the BP crew scheduled our dig just a few days later. Mitchell was very good about keeping us up to date with the schedule. Every morning Mitchell was on the job with his guys getting them lined out for the day. All of the workers were very detailed with the work they performed and you could tell they were professionals. Mitchell was always a phone call away and anytime we had a question it was answered. Mitchell and his crew did an amazing job on our project! If you want your job done right then this is the company to call.
The end result is always the most important. My new patio is pretty, well-designed, artfully created and professionally crafted. How did it get this way? I had an awesome experience with Mitchell from Backyard Paradise!! His crew built a pergola and poured two concrete slabs for us in our backyard. All of it looks amazing and I have received many compliments. Not only does it look fabulous, but it has been built to last a very long time! Mitchell himself was always at hand to answer any questions I had (and believe me – there were a lot) His crew took care of everything within a week. It was a really lovely experience. We really appreciate the job that Backyard Paradise did for us. Mitchell listened to our ideas and gave us his ideas. The first design we received more than exceeded our expectations. We let Mitchell know that we were ready for a price and he sent us a bid the same day. Once we reviewed the bid we decided to go with Backyard Paradise. We called Mitchell to tell him the good news and he scheduled a appointment for the very next evening. Mitchell came to our house with the contract, HOA application, and all the material selections for us to pick from. After the contract signing and selections Mitchell said he’d complete the HOA process and be in touch when we were approved. Just three short days later we received the call that we had received the approval!! Mitchell and his crew arrived two days later and dug the pool. The total project time that Mitchell gave us was six weeks. Our pool was completed in less than three weeks. The pool design, the craftsmanship, and the customer service we received was more than what we could have ever imagined! Thanks again for the amazing pool you built for our family! We had a fantastic experience working with Russel, Jesse, and Eric on building our pool. They were very responsive and happy to answer questions we had along the way. There was always clear communication about each step of the process and a commitment to quality to everything they did.
We worked with Eric Young for design and initial implementation of our pool. He was extremely respectful, responsive and professional. He worked with us on several versions until we felt comfortable and happy with our design. He was transparent and authentic. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer more trustworthy guy to work with. The pool turned out amazing, too. Oz was responsible for the implementation/construction. He was also, very helpful and responsive. He listened to our feedback as the project evolved and made every attempt to address the fruition of our design. Ultimately, we would definitely recommend this company in the future.
We hired Backyard Paradise to build our swimming pool, spa, patio addition, outdoor kitchen, and fireplace. Words can’t even describe our experience! From the very first time we met Mitchell we knew we wanted him to build our backyard project. Mitchell is a very outgoing person, he’s very involved in the company and daily operations, he pays a lot of attention to detail, and most of all his communication and customer service are over the top. Backyard Paradise wasn’t the cheapest quote we received, but you get what you pay for and as big as our project was we wanted to hire a reputable builder with quality work. Mitchell was at the job every morning to line out his workers and even stopped by again most days. All his workers were nice and they cleaned up the job site everyday before they left. We can’t thank Mitchell and his team enough for the job they did on our backyard!! We will Always recommend Backyard Paradise to everyone!!
We were looking to do some driveway widening concrete work and were having some difficulty with contractors not getting back to us. I happened to be driving in our development and noticed Backyard Paradise working on a circular driveway. I Inquired and the foreman connected me to Mitchell Immediately. Mitchell was very professional and said he would come out and look at my project. He was there within a couple hours and obtained all info to provide a quote. His price was reasonable and we decided to go with Backyard Paradise. They were out within a week and completed the job in just over day. These workers were detail orientated. Great finish on the new concrete, and very organized. They did a thorough job on cleaning up! We are very satisfied customers and will use this company again in the future. From start to finish we were more than pleased with the job that Backyard Paradise did for us. You always hear horror stories about contractors. We have built two pools before we built our pool with Backyard Paradise. The last two builders we worked with made us not want to ever build a pool again, and we didn’t plan on building a pool at our new home. We had a friend have a pool built by Mitchell and they bragged about the experience. We still weren’t convinced we wanted to build another pool and go through the headache all over again. Mitchell ended up building a pool for one of our neighbors as well as another friend of the family. After hearing Three different families say nothing but positive things about Backyard Paradise we decided to give them a call. When we called the receptionist said a salesman would contact us. Not even fifteen minutes later Mitchell called and he set up a consultation to meet with us. After meeting Mitchell we had a really good feeling about building another pool. We received the design within a week. The design Mitchell did for us was just what we had asked for, he actually listened to what we had to say. Mitchell did the estimate for the pool and it was a little over our budget. Mitchell made a few minor changes to the design and got us to our budget! Once the pool was approved by our neighborhood, construction started a few days later! Mitchell was there to supervise the job everyday and he answered any questions we had. Mitchell was very easy to work with and communicated very well. He always made sure his guys kept the jobsite clean, and we appreciated that. Our pool was finished ahead of schedule and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. There actually is still good pool builders out there!!
