3 year warranty included with 3 year service plan. 

10 year warranty on all PebbleTec / Pebble Sheen. 

1 year warranty on concrete; hairline cracks due to settling are not covered.

Lifetime structural warranty on Gunite.

Warranty Includes:

*Plumbing
*Electrical
*Paver Decking – settling and broken pavers
*Tile and Coping

Warranty Excludes:

*Scaling and calcium build up
*Filter Cleans
*Salt Cell Cleans
*Polaris 280 tail scrubbers, bags, and moving parts
